• In the first 48 hours, avoid saunas, steam rooms, sun beds and pools
• Avoid oil-based makeup and cleansing products near your eyes 
• Avoid liquid eyeliner and mascara, unless oil free or suitable for lash extensions 
• Wash your extensions twice a day (for better retention wash your lashes right before a lash appointment)
• Try and sleep on your back
• Don't pick or pull your lashes 
• Book a Touch-up every 2 to 3 weeks
